Rocky Mountain Open® Division Sponsor proposal

About the Rocky Mountain Open:

This year will be the 70th year for the Rocky Mountain Open® presented by Enstrom Candies. The RMO is the oldest continuously run, open golf tournament in Colorado.

Over 100 PGA Professionals & more than 100 Amateurs are in the field each year. This is a 4 day event. A Pro-Am on Thursday followed by a cocktail party that night for our sponsors and players. In the Professional Division we have an Open Division & a Senior Division. The Amateur Division also has an Open & a Senior Division. There is also a Fourball Division that pairs a Professional & Amateur for a 36 hole tournament within the RMO. 

Sponsors Receive:

All event sponsors receive prominent recognition in the event with your company logo displayed on the event marketing poster next to the division that you choose to sponsor. For a sample of the poster please click this link: www.rmogolf.com/eventposter

The poster is mailed to all Colorado golf courses, over 550 courses in all. An additional 250+ posters are also sent to selected courses located in Arizona, New Mexico & Utah.
 
In addition to the event poster, sponsors receive permanent "tee box signage", which is displayed on an assigned hole at the Tiara Rado golf course. Tiara Rado annually does more than 45,000 rounds of golf . . . there is great exposure for the "tee box signs" year round. 

Details of the Division Sponsorships:
-Annual cost:  $2500.00
-$1,250.00 of that is awarded as an annual golf scholarship each year
-Permanent "tee box sign" on a hole at Tiara Rado Golf Course
-Logo displayed on the 2008 Rocky Mountain Open event poster. Over 500+ posters on display at various golf courses around the region.  That translates into thousands of visual impressions for nearly 6 weeks time.

-If your company has an event or trade show banner, we'll be happy to display your banner on the course during the tournament.
-After covering signage costs, and funding your scholarship - the balance of the Division Sponsorship fees are added to the purse of the Division that you choose to sponsor.
-We also include one complimentary entry into the RMO Pro-Am each year that you continue as a sponsor.
-Your logo and a link to your website is displayed on our homepage at www.wcgfgolf.org & www.rmogolf.org
