Western Colorado Golf Foundation - Golf Scholarships

Our Mission Statement:

“To develop and perpetually maintain a fund for the purpose of providing educational and/or vocational post-secondary financial assistance to Western Slope junior golfers.

About Us:

Established in 1999, the Western Colorado Golf Foundation is a registered tax exempt 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization dedicated to assisting Western Colorado junior golfers with financial assistance for post-secondary education.

The Foundation achieves this through a variety of fund raising activities including the Rocky Mountain Open®, the oldest continuously run, open golf tournament in the State of Colorado, the Alpine Bank/Bookcliff Pro-Am, and the Western Colorado Cup Matches®.

Countless volunteer hours are donated to operate the Foundation and to run our various events in order to return the highest possible percentage of contributions to youth scholarships.
 
Since the Foundation's inception in 1999, we have awarded over 100 scholarships, and have funded in excess of $120,000 in scholarships to help Western Slope junior golfers fulfill their dream of going to college.
