"To develop and perpetually maintain a fund for the purpose of providing educational and/or vocational post-secondary financial assistance to Western Slope Golfers.

Established in 1999, the Western Colorado Golf Foundation is a registered tax exempt 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to assisting Western Colorado youth golfers with financial assistance for post-secondary education.

The Foundation achieves this through a variety of fund raising activities and tournaments, including the Rocky Mountain Open, the oldest continuous golf tournament in the State of Colorado, the Alpine Bank/Bookcliff Pro-Am, and the Western Colorado Cup Matches.

Countless volunteer hours are donated to operate the foundation and our various events. in order to return the highest possible percentage of contributions to youth scholarships.
